A woman was found dead under mysterious circumstances at Kalikanagar of Butwal on Thursday night.

Kamala Neupane of Tilottama municipality-13, who has been living with her family in a rented house in Butwal, was killed last night. Neuapne's family has been living in the rented house of Thamman Bahadur Chhetri of Butwal-13 for the past seven years for business purpose.

Her husband runs a shoes store at Jaycees Chowk in Butwal while she has been operating Dhikuti (small self-help financial transaction), according to Police Inspector of Ward Police Office, Butwal, Pradeep DC.

The murder took place at a time when Neupane's husband was in Kathmandu for business, police shared. RSS
