NEPSE climbs by 9.66 points, trading volume declines
154 companies see share prices rise, while 90 recorded losses.

The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) index rose by 9.66 points on Wednesday, closing at 2,676.28 points—an increase of 0.36 percent compared to the previous trading day.
On the day, 154 companies saw an increase in their share prices, while 90 recorded losses. One company’s share price remained unchanged.
A total of 1.73 million shares were traded across 45,094 transactions. The overall trading volume reached Rs4.48 billion, marking a decline from the previous day.
Among the 13 subgroups, the indices for banking and trading declined, while the remaining subgroups posted gains.
