A 14-year-old boy has admitted to killing his female employer Rupa Thapa of Mudabhari in Rapti Municipality-6, Chitwan. Police have confirmed that Santosh Ale Magar of Taltikhol, Dhading, who was working as a domestic helper for Thapa, confessed to killing the woman on January 29.

According to Magar, Thapa used to scold him time and again, and so he murdered her to take revenge. He said he attacked Thapa with a khukuri while she was sleeping in her room.

Magar had been working for Thapa’s family for the past 10 months.

Police have also arrested five other persons for interrogation.
