13 new leprosy patients found in Palpa
A total of 13 new patients of leprosy have been found in the district, the District Public Health Office (DPHO) said.

A total of 13 new patients of leprosy have been found in the district, the District Public Health Office (DPHO) said.
The number of leprosy patients taking drugs has reached 13 in the district so far and of them eight patients have completed the drugs, the DPHO said.
According to office source, about 15/16 new patients annually appear in the district.
The government with the aim to eliminate the disease by 2020 has launched a campaign to seek and treat patients of leprosy in various districts in the country. RSS
