The Boudhanath stupa which was damaged by last year’s devastating earthquake is opened to the public on Tuesday after the completion of renovation works. Prime Minister Puspa Kamal Dahal reopens the heritage site for the public by lighting a butter lamp amid a function on the stupa premises on Tuesday.
