Talking to journalists at his residence at Maligaun in the Capital on Saturday, former PM Thapa said Nepali Congress, CPN-UML, UCPN (Maoist) and other parties should come to a single point regarding the constitution drafting process and no parties could escape this under any pretexts.
He further said that negative impact and despairs have been seen among the people and international communities as the parties failed to issue the new constitution on January 22, a slated timeframe for the same.
Parties should collectively bid pardon for being failed to issue the new constitution on the salted time, leader Thapa added.
He said that the recently formed Questionnaire Committee could not be scrapped as it has already entered to its business.
