At least two killed, six injured in jeep accident

A man and a 13-year-old boy died in the accident involving the vehicle, travelling to Bargaun from Srinagar in Humla district.

At least two people were killed in a jeep accident in Humla on Saturday. Six others have been injured.

Adanchuli Rural Municipality-5 local Fagune Lohar and a 13-year-old boy died in the accident involving the vehicle, travelling to Bargaun from Srinagar, said Deputy Superintendent of Police Rabindra Khanal.

Identities of the injured are yet to be ascertained.

Reason behind the accident is still unknown and further investigation into the matter is underway, Khanal added.
