Four dead, five injured in Mugu road accident

At least four people died and five others were injured in a road accident in Mugu on Monday.
The accident occurred after a jeep, travelling towards Gamgadhi from Sorukot, fell some 200 metres off the road, said police constable Man Bahadur Thapa.
Two among nine aboard the vehicle died on the spot, while two others succumbed to their injuries while undergoing treatment at the local health post.
Personnel from the Tarapani police station and locals recovered the bodies from the accident site.
The identities of the deceased have not been established, said police.
Two ambulances have been sent to take the injured to the district hospital for treatment.
