Nepal reports 10 new Covid-19 cases
According to the Health Ministry, 966,991 infected people have recovered from the disease so far and the number of active cases stands at 133.Post Report
Nepal on Monday reported eight new PCR confirmed coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours taking the nationwide infection tally to 979,076.
Similarly, two people tested positive in a total of 535 antigen tests, according to the Health Ministry.
As of Monday, 5,687,735 PCR and 1,187,355 antigen tests have been carried out across the country.
A total of 2,233 PCR tests were performed in the past 24 hours, according to the Health Ministry.
The country did not report any Covid-19 related death in the last 24 hours, according to the Health Ministry. The countrywide death toll has reached 11,952 since the pandemic began.
According to the ministry, 966,991 infected people have recovered from the disease so far; 16 of them in the last 24 hours. The number of active cases stands at 133.
In the past 24 hours, four new infections were reported in Bagmati, one in Lumbini and three in Karnali.
Nepal on Sunday reported six new PCR confirmed coronavirus cases. Similarly, 11 new PCR confirmed coronavirus cases were recorded on Saturday and 11 new PCR confirmed coronavirus cases were reported on Friday.
