Nepal reports six new Covid-19 cases

Nepal on Sunday reported six new PCR confirmed coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours taking the nationwide infection tally to 979,068.
All 530 antigen tests returned negative results, according to the Health Ministry’s daily situation report.
As of Sunday, 5,685,502 PCR and 1,186,820 antigen tests have been carried out across the country.
A total of 1,696 PCR tests were performed in the past 24 hours, according to the Health Ministry.
The country did not report any Covid-19 related death in the last 24 hours, according to the Health Ministry. The countrywide death toll has reached 11,952 since the pandemic began.
According to the ministry, 966,975 infected people have recovered from the disease so far; 13 of them in the last 24 hours. The number of active cases stands at 141.
In the past 24 hours, six new infections were reported in Bagmati.
Nepal on Saturday reported 11 new PCR confirmed coronavirus cases. Similarly, 11 new PCR confirmed coronavirus cases were recorded on Friday and 12 new PCR confirmed coronavirus cases were reported on Thursday.
