The official teaser for the new Bipin Karki-starrer, Naakaa, has hit the airwaves. The teaser reveals Karki in his signature comic role.

Karki shot to fame after his acclaimed performance as Bhasme Don in 2016’s hit Pashupati Prasad. Since then, he has starred in Jatra and Loot 2, both commercially successful films.

Naakaa taps on the issue of human trafficking as its focal point. According to Prawin Takki Karki, the film’s producer, Naaka revolves around the issue of trafficking in the Tatopani border, which demarcates Nepal and China.

Directed by Amit Shrestha, Naakaa features actors Thinley Lhamo, Robin Tamang, Shiva Mukhiya, Praksah Gandharva, Sujan Thapa Magar, and Ram Bhajan Kaamat, among others.

Filmed under the banner of Media Port Productions, Naakaa will hit theatres across the country on March 1, 2018.
