The 10th edition of the Kantipur Half Marathon was held on Saturday with nearly 1,500 participants.
One of the premier events by Kantipur Publications Ltd was organised after a two-year hiatus due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
The one-day event was open to all under three categories—half-marathon(21.1km), corporate run (5km) and wheelchair race (3km).
Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba inaugurated the event.
The annual event this year was organised with the theme ‘Run for a Green Nepal,’ to underscore the impacts of climate change.
