Daily-wage labourers working in Nepal have no time to spare while for most life has come to a standstill.

Of them are the brick kiln workers at various factories across Kathmandu Valley.

On the ninth day of prohibitory orders that came into effect on April 26 in Kathmandu Valley, workers at a brick factory in Satungal, Kathmandu were seen preparing raw bricks to be baked to avoid the upcoming monsoon season.

The workers, most hailing from Rolpa district, the Post talked to said that they are working amidst Covid-19 pandemic to safeguard their livelihood before the monsoon sets in.
