Monsoon is boon for this agricultural country as farmers still rely on rain for cultivation.
But in this developing nation, life in urban areas becomes miserable due to the pathetic road conditions in the rainy season.
The development activities, roads lacking blacktop and damaged roads become worse to travel when rain makes the road entirely muddy, slippery and risky.
