As an expert on international law, Dahal has helped negotiate and finalise multiple international contracts and agreements Nepal has negotiated of late, including the interpretative declaration of the MCC Compact and most recently, the BRI Framework Agreement.

This conversation covers, among other issues, Nepal’s negotiation style, negotiations over the MCC compact interpretative declaration, the BRI framework agreement, and analysis of the term ‘aid financing modalities’.
