Kanak Mani Dixit files writ at Supreme Court against CIAA
Sajha Yatayat Chairman Kanak Mani Dixit has filed a writ petition at the Supreme Court against the Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) on Tuesday.

Sajha Yatayat Chairman Kanak Mani Dixit has filed a writ petition at the Supreme Court against the Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) on Tuesday. Dixit, in his writ, stated that the CIAA asking for his property details is against legal process and urged the SC to scrap the CIAA’s demand.
“I was made to fill out my property details when I appeared before the commission after being summoned by the constitutional body,” said Dixit talking to the Post, “I went to the Supreme Court after I was handed over the form without any complaint and accusations against me.”
