New Buspark to get facelift (with photos)
The Naya Bus Park situated at Gongabu, Balaju, in the Capital is getting a facelift with facilities for commercial complex, hotels, restaurants and parks along with capacity upgradation, according to Kathmandu Metropolitan City.

The Naya Bus Park situated at Gongabu in the Capital is getting a facelift with facilities for commercial complex, hotels, restaurants and parks along with capacity upgradation, according to Kathmandu Metropolitan City.
As per the terms of current deal, the bus park will be developed with parking space for 800 buses, up from current 450, along with state-of-the-art facilities.
According to KMC, all public buses entering and exiting the Valley will be parked in Gongabu after upgradation removing haphazard parking in places like Gaushala, Tilganga, Kalanki and Koteshwor.
The bus park is spread over 161 ropanis.
