Relief materials such as tarpaulin, mattress, rice, pulses, water bottles, among other items, were distributed to some 440 families by the club’s Chairman and former national team skipper Upendra Man Singh amid a programme at Thimi in Bhaktapur. National women basketball team member Lunnivah Singh also took part in the distribution programme.
Bhaktapur is one of the worst-affected districts in the Great Quake.
