Lightning has claimed the life of a 65-year-old man in Sindhuli on Saturday.
Chandrabahadur Majhi, an inhabitant of Marin Rural Municipality-7, Maheshwata in Sindhuli district, was struck while he was grazing cattle in Marinkhola bank this afternoon, Dharmaraj Khatri, chief of area police office Kapilakot said.
Majhi, injured critically in the incident, breathed his last while undergoing treatment at the primary health centre in Kapilakot.
