One person died and 22 others were injured when a bus returning from Haleshi to Saptari met with an accident at Kaduwa of Bahunidada in Halesi-Tuwachung Municipality on Saturday morning.
According to Khotang Police Inspector Rajendra Poudel, a 17-year-old boy from Sindhuli died when a bus (Ba 3 Kha 9285) carrying 40 pilgrims from Halesi met with an accident.
“The injured are undergoing treatment at Ghurmi-based Janasewa Health Care and Aastha Life Care.” said Poudel. “Eight of the injured have been referred to Biratnagar.”
