Dhanusha police  on Wednesday arrested Chandradip Yadav, the mastermind in murder media entrepreneur Arun Singhaniya.

Singhaniya, chairman of Janakpur Today Communications Group, was shot dead at Shiva Chowk in Janakpur on March 1, 2010.

According to the Dhanusha police, Chandradip Yadav was detained from Janakpur-1, Wakil tole.  Yadav is a resident of Ganeshman Charnath municipality-6. Police sources told that he has been involved in various criminal activities from Jaynagar in India along with armed insurgents.

Police earlier arrested Yogendra Sahani, Anti Rain and Mukesh Chaudhary in connection with the murder. Yadav was arrested based on their statements.

Yadav was charged with the murder of two people earlier in Nepali Congress’ General Convention. He has been kept at the District Police Office.
