Photo journalist Purnima Shrestha successfully stepped on the top of Mount Everest on Saturday.

Shrestha, also a member of Photo Journalists Club (PJ Club) reached the summit at 8:10 am. She also exhibited a solo photo exhibition ‘Smiling Women Nepal’ atop the Everest.

Shrestha, 26, who hails from Arughat in Gorkha district, has also climbed Manaslu Mountain in on September 26, 2017.
