Nepali women to host Uganda in T20 series

Nepal women’s national cricket is set to play a five-match Twenty20 Series against Uganda at the TU international cricket ground from May 16-21, Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) said on Wednesday.
This is the first time Nepal’s women’s cricket team are playing an international match since the 13th South Asian Games in 2019. This is also the first time Nepali women’s team are playing an international series at home ground.
Nepal coach Jagat Tamata has also announced a 22-member squad for the Series against Uganda including experienced cricketers. U-19 team’s leg spinner Hiranmayee Roy has also made it to the senior fold.
