‘Primea Facie’ at Kausi Theatre

Kathaghera Production is presenting ‘Primea Facie’, a play that explores the life of a defence lawyer at Kausi Theatre, Teku, Kathmandu. The show is in the theatre from February 19 to 28, excluding Tuesdays.
‘Prima Facie’, written by Suzie Miller, is a powerful one-woman play about a barrister whose belief in the legal system is shaken by a pivotal experience, forcing her to see justice in a different way.
The play being presented at the Theatre is an adaptation of the original writing, translated into Nepali by Durga Karki and directed by Akanchha Karki.
“It is intense, thought-provoking and a very important piece of work of our times,” says the team.
The play is designed for audiences aged 13 and above. Ticket prices range from Rs300 to Rs1,000, with limited student seats available.
