Israel is currently at war against Hamas, a Palestinian militant group, that rampaged through southern Israel, killing 1,400 people.

All citizens in Gaza City were instructed to go “southwards” by the Israeli military as it continued to strike the coastal enclave in retaliation for the October 7 Hamas onslaught.

Israelis have come together to help their soldiers deployed in the war at the time of crisis. Israeli Defence Forces members deployed near the border to the Gaza Strip visit Shuva in southern Israel to get essential goods. The goods are kept by locals and are taken by the soldiers free of cost.
