Minister for Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation Jitendra Narayan Dev appointed Pradeep Dhakal as the member secretary of Pashupati Area Development Trust (PADT).
Dhakal, who had completed his PhD from the Banaras Hindu University, was appointed the member secretary from the ministerial level decision, PADT Director Rames Upreti informed.
