The Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority has filed a case against former Inspector General of Armed Police Force Shailendra Kumar Shrestha among four others on Sunday.

The anti-graft body in a case filed at the special court today charged the formed APF chief and four others of financial irregularities accusing them of presenting fake receipts of payment.

The commission has sought Rs 8 million each in damages.
