Nepal continued their poor run of form in international football.
Despite having about 65% of ball possession, Nepal conceded a goal at the last minute of added time in their opening match against Sri Lanka in the Saff Championship at Trivandrum International Stadium, Kerala on Wednesday.
In the match which ended 1-0 in favour of Sri Lanka, Rifnas Mohamed scored the winning goal after a defensive lapse of Biraj Maharjan. With this, Nepal have gone eleven matches without scoring and two years without a win.
Nepal face India next on December 27.
