Voting to elect the Nepali Congress leadership, scheduled for Thursday, has been postponed until Friday morning after delays in printing ballots due to the large number of candidates in several clusters.
The election, initially scheduled for 7am on Wednesday, was repeatedly pushed back to 10am, 1pm and 2pm and then to Thursday.
Prem Bahadur Khadka, coordinator of the Congress Central Election Committee, said voting will now begin at 7am on Friday.
