Province 5 government on Monday expanded its Cabinet by inducing three ministers—two from CPN-UML and one from CPN (Maoist Center).
Chief Minister Shankar Pokharel has appointed Lila Giri of Rupandehi as Industry, Tourism, Forest and Environment Minister, Aarati Poudel of Banke as Land Reforms, Agricultural and Cooperatives Minister. Giri and Poudel are UML lawmakers.
Similarly, Sudarsan Baral has been appointed as Social Development Ministry. Baral is a CPN (Maoist Center) lawmaker from Gulmi.
