Four children of a family were buried to death in a landslide triggered by incessant rains at Lekhnath Municipality-4 in Kaski district on Wednesday night.

Four children of a family were buried to death in a landslide triggered by incessant rains at Lekhnath Municipality-4 in Kaski district on Wednesday night.
DSP Gajusiddhi Bajracharya said the landslide buried the house belonging to Chandrakali BK, killing her son Nishan, 14, daughters Rajina, 9, and Anjila, 7, and her three-year-old grandson Salman Tamang.
The victims were sleeping when the incident occurred at 11pm. BK’s daughters Kabita, 25, and Sabina, 10, are receiving treatment in Pokhara.
