A team of two players who are going to represent Nepal at the Rio 2016 Paralympics to be held in Brazilian city of Rio de Janeiro, were seen off here Saturday. 

Two players, Laxmi Kunwar and Bikram Bahadur Rana, are taking part in the event that will be held on September 7-18. 

Kunwar will vie for swimming under S6 category while Rana, who has already represented Nepal in the London Paralympics in athletics, will compete in the 100 metres run under T11 category. 

Happy Science Nepal (HSN) bid farewell to Kunwar and Rana for the sport gala where differently-able sportspersons from various countries will be vying for a total of 23 Paralympics sports during the 11 days of competition. 

HSN's President Dineshman Joshi presented tracksuits to both players who will set out for Rio on August 31. RSS
