The police rescued three persons who were swept away by a sudden flood in the Balan River on Friday morning.

The police rescued three persons who were swept away by a sudden flood in the Balan River on Friday morning.
Mohammad Kalam, 22, Vaidyanath Paswan, 45 and Prabesh Ram, 25 of Lahan Municipality – 4 were swept away when foraging for fire wood, according to Inspector Kabir Pradhan of Area Police Office, Lahan.
The three were rushed to Ram Kumar Uma Prasad Memorial Hospital at Lahan for treatment. They are reported to be in stable condition. RSS
