The deceased are Ganga Dhakal and her son and daughter Navin Dhakal, 5, and Garima Dhakal, 2, respectively, DSP Arun Poudel said. They died on the way to hospital, police added.

Landslides have occurred at various places in the district over the last few days.   Similarly, the road sections from Nuwakot to Kathmandu and Rasuwa to Kathmandu remain blocked due to the landslide occurred at different points along these road sections.

In addition to it, 100 ropanis paddy fields in the district are buried due to the landslide, it is learnt. A joint security team has carried out an onsite inspection visit in the landslide affected areas.
