Pakistani Global Peace Chain delegate interacts with Nepali team
A delegation of Global Peace Chain which visits around the world promoting the message of peace by engaging youth from different parts of the world visited Nepal recently to interact with Nepali youths.A delegation of Global Peace Chain which visits around the world promoting the message of peace by engaging youth from different parts of the world visited Nepal recently to interact with Nepali youths.
Delegates from Pakistan Tahreem Fatima, Ahmad Toor, Imran Zulfiqar, Mashal Khan, NasirIqbal, Kashaf Javed and representatives from Nepal Anushka Joshi and Shail Suman Silwal conducted interaction and activities with Nepali youths which highlighted issues of peace, ways youth can be engaged to solve them and the perspectives of peace they carry.
Kamran Zafar, the director of Global Peace Chain shared the vision, goals and objective of Global Peace Chain and invited Nepali youth to support them in this noble cause.
Stating peace to be the utmost need of the hour, when the world is reeling around extreme conflicts on the basis of caste, color, race, religion and creed Muhammad Ahmad, President of the organization added youths could play instrumental role in promoting harmony, love, compassion, respect and acceptance among each other.
The participants also shared their commitment to promote peace in their local communities.
The team of Global Peace Chain is also collecting signatures from youths in order to file a petition in the United Nations with the vision that: Violence has nothing to do with Caste, Color, Creed and Religion.
