Prime Minister KP Oli presented Madan Bhandari Journalism Award to senior journalist and writer Kamal Koirala on Monday.
The award was established by the UML-affiliated Prabashi Manch Nepal (PMN) of Qatar with a revolving fund of Rs 1 million.
The former ambassador and lawmaker, Koirala has published various articles on popular communist leader Madan Bhandari besides his ‘People’s Multiparty Democracy’.
