The Cabinet on Friday appointed journalist Prateek Pradhan as the press advisor to Prime Minister Sushil Koirala.

Pradhan was former Editor of The Kathmandu Post daily. He will be given the government facilities on a par with the state ministers after he assumes his responsibilities as PM’s press advisor.

The Cabinet appointed Rajkumar Rai as President of Film Development Board, Nepal. Rai is president of Nepal Film Producers’ Association.
