Upcoming Nepali film Nepali ko Shaan is slated to be shot in different parts of Thailand, the film’s producers informed during a press meet organised in the Capital on Monday.

According to the director, BS Balami, the film revolves around love, romance and the Nepali identity.

Written by Balami himself, the film features actors Prajjwal Giri, Sima KC, Rajendra Gautam, Nisha Shah, Shreedev Acharya and debutant Prakash Khatri.

The film also features a cameo by actor Jeevan Luitel.

The film will be shot in parts of Thailand and in parts of northern Nepal.

The producers hope to release the film in January 2017.
