Prajapati has been involved in the field of art for more than two decades now. And given his fascination with the Newari culture, his paintings primarily depict various facets of this culture.    

The upcoming exhibition will be no different. The exhibition will showcase paintings depicting different jatras and festivities of the Newar people from the Valley. According to the artist, the exhibition is yet another attempt on his part to portray the rich cultural heritage of his community, which finds its existence in jatras and festivals so enthusiastically observed and participated in by Newars.

The exhibition, which will be inaugurated by KK Karmacharya, senior artist, academic and former member-secretary of the Nepal Academy of Fine Arts, will go on till March 4.
