There is a possibility of light to moderate rain with thunder and lightning at a few places in the hilly areas of Koshi and Gandaki provinces, and at one or two places in the remaining regions. Light snowfall or rain is also likely at a few places in the high-hill and Himalayan regions.

According to the division, the current weather system is influenced by westerly and local winds over the western and central parts of the country, while monsoon winds are affecting most parts of Koshi Province.
