Around 50 people are stuck inside a bus in Balkumari for two days

Around 50 people including six children have been stuck in a bus in Balkumari for the last two days after the Kathmandu District Administration Office refused to give them permission to return home in Udayapur.
Belaka Municipality of Udayapur district had sent the bus on Monday to rescue daily wage workers and students of the district who were stranded in different parts of the Kathmandu Valley.

The passengers have been inside the bus since Tuesday morning.
Mahendra Giri, one of the passengers, said that they have been inside the bus since Tuesday morning, surviving on noodles and water.
"We don't know when they will allow us to travel home," said Giri. "We don't know what to do."
On Monday, the Kathmandu District Administration Office had prohibited people residing in Kathmandu Valley from returning home after they had travelled all the way from Biratnagar.
