Anyone travelling by Muglin-Narayangadh road comes across the bitter experience of suffocation caused by the clouds of dust due to the ongoing road expansion drive.
The 36 kilometers trip is no less than a hell where people have no option but to inhale the dust. Travelers wear mask to protect from dust but the hours of travel with no trace of fresh air makes the travel entirely difficult for at least three hours.
Bike riders are the most affected by the dust while passengers in the buses also bear the brunt of this perilous travel. Lack of proper vision poses as a threat to drivers making the ride unsafe.
The road expansion is carried out with an aim to establish the road as two-lane. Excavators, cranes, dozers, equipments can be seen along the way. Every day, the road is shut from 11 am to 3 pm. Even after it is opened for vehicles the huge traffic jam remains as a big challenge. People travelling through this place have no option but to keep patience.
