Israeli Ambassador Goder honoured
Ambassador of Israel to Nepal Hanan Goder was felicitated by SHALOM Club Nepal in appreciation of his contributions to enhancing Nepal-Israel ties in the Capital on Tuesday.

The event was held at Nepal Telecom Training Center, Babarmahal to also bid farewell to the Israeli Ambassador.
Presenting a plaque to Ambassador Goder, Dr. Rabindra Kumar Shakya, former Vice Chairman, National Planning Commission and President of SHALOM Club Nepal said, "His Excellency has been very innovative, coming up with constructive ideas to undertake activities in diverse fields - from the paintings of the peace message in the wall of the school buildings to the preservation and promotion of environment."
Accepting the honour, Ambassador Goder said, "The flourishing friendship between Nepal and Israel will last forever and I am very proud to be a part of the good works and the lovely friendship."
Ambassador Goder joined the Israeli Mission in Nepal in September 2011 and is expected to depart in June 2014 upon completion of his tenure as the Ambassador of the State of Israel to Nepal.
