A farmer and his oxen died after falling 500 meters below a cultivating field at Aidigaun of Bungal Municipality-8.

Suka Aidi, the farmer, was ploughing his sloppy field at Uskula when the accident occured.

According to the locals of Aidigaun, Aidi had been ploughing field for maize production. Locals informed that the oxen had a sudden death at the spot.

He succumbed to his injuries on the way to the hospital, the police said.
