A total of 27 participants from Dhanusha, Sarlahi, Bara, Sindhuli, Rautahat, Parsa, Chitwan, Dhading and Makwanpur are attending the course. Ex-Fifa referees Shree Ram Ranjitkar, Shyam Lama and Gajendra Man Singh are conducting the course.
