The deceased has been identified as Lalbahadur Khangaha of Nisdi Rural Municipality-4, Mithyal Khoplakharka.

Khangaha was rushed to Madhya Bindu Hospital in Nawalpur, where he died during treatment, police at the Mithyal police post confirmed.
Officials said there had been a technical problem in the wind power line, and Khangaha was electrocuted while climbing the pole to carry out repairs. He had received training in wind energy maintenance and had been regularly involved in such work. After the system was handed over to the rural municipality, he had been responsible for its upkeep.
The body will be brought back to the rural municipality on Monday after the post-mortem, where a condolence programme will be held before it is handed over to the family.
Nisdi Rural Municipality-4, Mithyal Ruksebhanyang, generates 25 kilowatts of electricity from wind energy, with two large turbines installed in the area. After the national transmission line reached the village, electricity produced from wind and solar sources began to be used mainly as a backup for the rural municipality and for street lighting in Ruksebhanyang Bazaar.
