A shopkeeper was injured at an attempted robbery at a gold and silver shop in Lamahi, Dang, on Saturday.
Inspector Roshan Raj Pandey of the Area Police Office, Lamahi said that the incident occurred at the Junatara Gold and Silver Shop located in Lamahi Galli of Lamahi Municipality-5.
The assailant reportedly fired the shot with the intention of robbing the store.
"The shop’s 16-year-old owner, Deepak Sunar, sustained injuries in the attack and is currently receiving treatment at Lamahi Hospital," Pandey said.
Police are investigating for details.
