Dambar Bahadur Khadka of Nepali Congress is leading the vote count with 342 votes in Ilam-2.

As of 4:45pm on Monday, CPN-UML vice-chair Subash Chandra Nembang is trailing Khadka garnering 276 votes.

Nembang was elected to the House of Representatives under the first-past-the-post category in the last federal polls from the constituency.
