Two die in Taplejung tempo accident
The tempo skidded off the road and fell 200 metres down causing the fatalities.bookmark
Both of them died on the spot, said Deputy Superintendent of Police Kailash Rai, adding that the tempo driver was seriously injured in the mishap. The driver is undergoing treatment at Taplejung District Hospital.
Eyewitness Amar Bishwakarma said locals rescued the driver and sent him to the hospital following the accident.

Two persons died and one got injured when a tempo met with an accident in Phungling Municipality-8 in Taplejung district on Saturday morning.
A 75-year-old man and his 11-year-old grandson were killed when the tempo heading to Suketar Airport skidded off the road and fell 200 metres down.
Both of them died on the spot, said Deputy Superintendent of Police Kailash Rai, adding that the tempo driver was seriously injured in the mishap. The driver is undergoing treatment at Taplejung District Hospital.
Eyewitness Amar Bishwakarma said locals rescued the driver and sent him to the hospital following the accident.
