RSP wins 124 seats, leads in one more; dominates proportional vote

The Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has further strengthened its position in the House of Representatives election, winning 124 seats and leading in one more constituency, according to the latest update.
The Nepali Congress has secured 17 seats and is leading in one constituency.
The CPN-UML has won eight seats and is leading in one constituency, while the Nepali Communist Party has secured seven seats.
The Shram Sanskriti Party has won three seats, while the Rastriya Prajatantra Party has secured one seat. Independent candidate Mahabir Pun has also been elected to the House of Representatives.
Under the proportional representation category, the RSP continues to dominate the vote count. The party has secured 3,064,433 votes so far, followed by the Nepali Congress with 1,033,368 votes and the CPN-UML with 886,397 votes.
The Nepali Communist Party has received 432,964 votes, the Rastriya Prajatantra Party 218,268 votes, and the Shram Sanskriti Party 174,624 votes.
